Naked walk in Costinesti

There is a small road which you can walk by the beach in the North part of Costinesti , where are the small nudist beaches.
I walked about 9Km nude last times , now i will be again there in Mid-August.

One day i also found another one guy running in this road.

I just wanted to know , is it acceptable to walk nude on this road?

There is also a hotel after the ship (can't remember the name now)  , and every time i was passing from there i wore something , although the nudist beach is 100m near.

What is your opinion ?

If someone passes by with their kids and gets outraged that "they had to see that", they could call the police and you could face criminal/penal charges. The law is not on our side right now, technically someone could even call the police if they saw you naked on a well-known nudist beach, they just prefer to not go there in the first place. But for maximum safety and in order to not create a negative image such as that "nudists are really just exhibitionists", it would be best to put on some clothes or at least a towel around your waist if you want to walk along roads or other populated areas, anywhere except recognized nudist beaches (or wild beaches with no one around, but Romania doesn't really have much virgin territory along the beach anymore).

Ultraj contra bunelor moravuri, art. 375 CP. Include în definiţie şi actele de "exhibiţionism", şi pentru că legea nu defineşte termenul e probabil să se folosească DEX, unde e hipersimplificat ca fiind "expunerea în public a organelor genitale" (deşi tot DEX îl marchează ca fiind termen medical, iar definiţia medicală adevărată nu e atât de simplă).

În principiu poţi primi 3 luni până la 2 ani sau amendă.
